Inclusivity Co‑Design: SOGIESC‑Led Programming Training Course Fraud Detection & Financial Controls

Introduction
As development programs strive for inclusivity and accountability, it is critical to center Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) perspectives in both program design and financial governance. The Inclusivity Co-Design: SOGIESC-Led Programming Training Course with Fraud Detection & Financial Controls provides participants with practical skills to co-create projects alongside SOGIESC communities while embedding robust systems that prevent fraud and ensure transparent financial management. This 10-day course empowers NGO teams to foster intersectional inclusion and financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Participants will learn how to design inclusive and rights-based programs that reflect the priorities of SOGIESC populations while building resilient systems for financial accountability and donor compliance. With a dual focus on participatory program co-design and fraud prevention, the course equips participants to integrate lived experiences into programming, safeguard against financial misconduct, and build community trust. This course is essential for NGOs, community-based organizations, and donor partners committed to equity, empowerment, and ethical financial stewardship.
