Anti‑Corruption and Transparency Tools Training Course

Introduction
Corruption continues to be one of the most persistent challenges undermining development efforts, eroding public trust, and diverting critical resources from essential services. The Anti-Corruption and Transparency Tools Training Course is designed to equip public sector professionals, NGO staff, and development partners with the practical knowledge, strategies, and digital tools to combat corruption and strengthen transparency within organizations and governance systems. By adopting a preventive, systematic approach, participants will gain the competencies to build integrity-based cultures and implement accountability mechanisms that are both effective and sustainable.

This 10-day intensive training focuses on strengthening institutional integrity by providing a deep understanding of anti-corruption frameworks, transparency-enhancing technologies, risk assessments, and community-based oversight methods. Participants will explore global best practices, such as the use of open contracting, whistleblower systems, anti-fraud audits, and citizen engagement platforms to increase transparency and reduce opportunities for misconduct.
