INTRODUCTION

Women around the world are at the forefront of the climate crisis, both as those disproportionately impacted by climate change and as key drivers of sustainable solutions. The "Developing Skills for Women Leadership in Climate Action" training course is designed to empower women leaders with the knowledge, skills, and networks they need to lead effectively in climate action efforts at local, regional, and global levels. By strengthening women's leadership in climate initiatives, this course supports not only gender equality but also the development of more inclusive, sustainable, and effective climate solutions.

Upon completing developing skills for women leadership in climate action training course, participants will be equipped not only with the skills necessary to lead climate initiatives but also with a deeper understanding of how to create inclusive, impactful, and sustainable climate solutions.
