  • Examine the simplified notification and assessment of claims.

Module 8: Suspension, Termination, and Dispute Resolution

  • Understand the conditions under which the Employer can suspend or terminate the contract.
  • Discuss the Contractor's limited rights to suspend or terminate.
  • Explore the simplified Dispute Resolution process in the Green Book.
  • Examine the encouragement of amicable settlement as the primary resolution method.
  • Learn about the option for arbitration as a final resort for unresolved disputes.
