Institutionalizing M&E in NGOs Training Course

INTRODUCTION

This essential training course provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills for institutionalizing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) within Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Recognizing that the true value of M&E is realized when it becomes an embedded, routine, and valued part of an organization's DNA, this program equips participants with the strategic approaches, change management techniques, and practical tools needed to integrate M&E into daily operations, decision-making processes, and organizational culture. Participants will gain deep insights into leadership advocacy, policy development, capacity building, and creating incentives for M&E use, all crucial for transforming M&E from a sporadic activity into a sustained, strategic function that drives continuous improvement and impactful results.

This course is designed for leaders and managers who understand that a robust M&E system is only truly effective when it's embraced throughout the organization. It provides a roadmap for moving beyond ad-hoc M&E activities to a pervasive culture where evidence consistently informs strategy, programming, and accountability, ultimately strengthening the NGO's ability to achieve its mission.
