INTRODUCTION

The Project Cycle Management (PCM) and Results-Based Monitoring (RBM) Training Course is a 10-day intensive program designed to equip professionals with the skills to manage projects from inception to completion, using a results-oriented approach. The course covers all stages of the project cycle, from planning, design, and implementation to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Module 3: Project Design and Logical Framework (Logframe) Development

    • Introduction to the logical framework approach
    • Developing goals, objectives, outcomes, and outputs
    • Logframe design, including indicators, assumptions, and risks
    • Logframe creation for a sample project

Module 4: Planning for Results-Based Monitoring (RBM)

    • Introduction to results-based monitoring and management
    • Designing key performance indicators (KPIs) and results indicators
    • Establishing baselines and targets for effective monitoring
    • Workshop on setting SMART indicators

Module 5: Project Implementation and Resource Management

    • Developing a detailed project implementation plan
