INTRODUCTION

Parliamentary diplomacy has become an essential tool in fostering international cooperation and dialogue between legislative bodies. As globalization brings complex challenges, parliamentarians and legislative staff need to enhance their diplomatic skills to engage more effectively on international platforms. This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to navigate parliamentary diplomacy and stakeholder engagement.

Stakeholder engagement is also critical in ensuring that public policies are aligned with the needs and concerns of citizens and other relevant groups. By the end of the 10-day training, participants will be able to:
