INTRODUCTION
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plays a critical role in ensuring that human rights programs achieve their intended outcomes of protecting and promoting human rights. In the context of human rights, effective M&E helps organizations track progress, identify gaps, and assess the impact of their initiatives on individuals, communities, and society at large. This course on Monitoring & Evaluation for Human Rights Programs is designed to provide participants with the tools and techniques to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate human rights programs.

OBJECTIVES
At the end of this course the participants will be able to:
