  • Loading and unloading baggage and cargo according to weight and balance instructions.
  • Handling special items, such as live animals or oversized luggage.
  • Use of baggage and cargo container systems (ULDs).
  • Security screening and dangerous goods awareness.

  • Safety precautions during refueling and defueling.
